Once upon a time, I was in the mood to stay up late and make this :3 just finished last night so it's fresh lololol no masterpiece, but uh, well, it's the design I came up with :3
The Sun and Moon Cutie Marks represent, obviously, the co-rulers, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.
The arcs on both sides represent the mane 6 (they are the colors of their coats) figured they were important enough to have some space on the flag since they saved Equestria twice lol (not counting the season 2 finale 'cause they didn't really save the day that time, it was Candance and Shining Armor)
And lastly, the diamond in the middle represents unity. 'Cause like, Celestia and Luna didn't see each other for friggin' 1,000 years lol so just to show they're back together forever <3 (hopefully)
